I fly a drone over your roof and send you clear photos and video, so you can see what's up there without a ladder. Handy for checking gutters, shingles and chimneys, or for having pictures before you call a contractor.
Photos and video only, no repair advice. Booking opens once my FAA drone certification is complete; message me to get on the list.
Virtual home tours
I capture a 360 walkthrough of your space so buyers, renters or customers can look around online before they visit.
Good for selling a house, listing a rental or showing off a small shop.
Old video tapes to digital
VHS and 8mm tapes turned into files you can keep on a drive and share with the family. Mini DV and film reels by arrangement.
Ask about a mix of formats and I'll quote it as one job.
Photo scanning
Boxes of printed photos scanned, organized and backed up, so they stop fading in a closet and are easy to send to relatives.
Pairs well with the tape service.
Dog walking
Regular walks, or one-off help when your day runs long or you're away. I have a dog of my own, so I know the routine: leash manners, potty breaks and a good pace.
